Associate Designate We are currently seeking a Chartered Engineer capable of supporting the Partners at Associate level. Possibility of further progression within the Partnership exists for the right candidate, who will be commercially minded, with the drive and ambition required to move the business forward while developing good relationships with our current and new clients. Applicants should have broad experience in design of building structures and be able to demonstrate ability to manage a variety of projects at senior level. It is essential that you can demonstrate effective liaison with clients and other design team members in a Partnering ethos, and are able to identify and resolve conflicts within the design process wherever they may arise.
